Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public access to many court and county records, but Power County records are not held in one single database. iCourt gives statewide case and hearing access. The Clerk of the District Court, Ex-Officio Auditor and Recorder handles local court filings, recorded documents, marriage licenses, and record requests. The Sheriff and jail maintain custody information, while Idaho Health and Welfare handles statewide marriage and divorce certificates.
What You Will Find Here
- Records pages by type: court records, criminal court records, inmate records, warrant records, traffic court records, marriage and divorce, and probate.
- Office contacts: local contact details for the Clerk of the District Court, Ex-Officio Auditor and Recorder, District Court, Magistrate Court, Sheriff, jail, and related offices.
- Search walkthroughs: practical routes for Idaho iCourt, the Power County jail roster, IDOC search, court records requests, and recorder-side requests.
- Public records help: Idaho public-records timing, court-record access limits, sealed record cautions, and fee references found in official sources.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Idaho court, Power County office, sheriff's office, clerk's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. We do not control what those tools charge or what appears in their results.
